ODAPCA Membership Renewal/ New Membership
 
New Member
 
1. Go to the ODAPCA Website odapca.org
2. Find the “Membership and Testing” tab
3. Click “Membership Application” on the drop-down menu under the “Membership and Testing” tab
4. Click the orange “Next” button. This button should take you to the “create account” page
5. Fill out information on the “create account page” then click the orange “Next button” again
6. Select what membership you need and click add to cart
7. Then click the orange “Finish” button. This should take you to the checkout screen
8. Enter payment information on check out screen.
9. Once payment is processed you have your membership!

 

Membership Renewal/ Supplemental Credential

 

1. Go to ODAPCA Website odapca.org
2.. Log into your ODAPCA account.
              a. Your username is your email address
              b. If you are having trouble with your password, click “Forgot Password”
                       i. You will be emailed a link to reset your password. If link does not work copy and paste it into your address bar.
3. Click on your name that is underlined. This should take you to your profile page.
4. Once the page is loaded click on the orange “RENEW” button on the right side of the page. This will allow a faster process in renewal.
5. After clicking the “Renew Now” button it will take you to the check out page to pay for your membership renewal.
6. Enter your payment information and once it is processed you will have renewed your membership!

How to Add Supplemental Credential (CCS or CCDP)

***To add a supplemental credential, you must first have your ODAPCA membership up to date.***

1. Go to the ODAPCA Website odapca.org
2. Log in to your ODAPCA account.
3. Find the “Membership and Testing”
4. Click “Membership Application” on the drop-down menu under the “Membership and Testing” tab
5. Click the orange “Next” button twice.
6. Select what Supplemental Credential you need and click add to cart
7. Then click the orange “Finish” button. This should take you to the checkout screen
8. Enter payment information on check out screen.
9. Once payment is processed you have your Supplemental Credential.

 

How to reinstate Supplemental Credential (CCS/CCDP)

 

*** To reinstate your Supplemental credential, you must be up to date on your ODAPCA membership and you must pay the past fees that are due for your lapsed Supplemental Credential.***

1. Go to the ODAPCA Website odapca.org
2. Log in to your ODAPCA account.

3. Find the “Membership and Testing” tab

4. Click “Membership Application” on the drop-down menu under the “Membership and Testing” tab
5. Click the orange “Next” button twice
6. Once this page loads there are two boxes one for Past Due Fees and one for the current fees.
7. Select the past due fee for your supplemental credential and the select the current fee for your supplemental credential.
8. Then add them to your cart and click the “Finish” button.
9. You will then be redirected to the checkout screen
10. Enter payment information on check out screen.
11. Once payment is processed you have your Supplemental Credential.
